What we collect
When you use the forms on this website, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email, society, circuit and organisation, the content of messages and prayer requests, and any flyers or images you upload.
How we use it
- To publish notices, weddings, farewells and business listings after approval by the Diocesan Office.
- To process registrations and keep membership records.
- To pray for you and, if you ask, to contact you.
- To reply to your messages.
Who can see it
Prayer requests marked private are seen only by the prayer team. Registration details are seen only by authorised diocesan staff. Approved notices and business listings are public, so only include details you are happy for everyone to see.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it. Notices are removed after the event has passed.
